Thanks for the informative post guys, have been following your blog for the past several months while trying to lose weight on the Cambridge diet and it’s going really great. I’m down about 25 lbs in the past couple of months and your website has really inspired me to keep trying. Great job.

Wow, I’m really impressed with your blog! Those are some MAJOR posts that will see a lot of mileage (pun intended).

BTW, that little “check engine light” is on in my car, so now I know what I need to do.
